Elgon Care Ltd has invested heavily in staff recruitment, training, and development. We have built capacity in England and Wales and our staff can move to most areas in England and Wales.

We have trained and experienced Healthcare Assistants, Senior Healthcare Assistants, Team Leaders, Support workers and senior support workers.

In Domiciliary and Home Care, we have three registered managers, a Mental Health Nurse, a Complex care Nurse and a General nurse with experience in complex care in the community.
